Lets have fun!
I love dogs! I have had dogs for most of my life. Guard dogs, hunting dogs, and rescues. I have trained many dogs but that is not what I do in my Rover role. I will encourage guests to follow the house rules (e.g. don't rush the door) but mostly they are just here to be safely cared for, loved and have fun on "their get-away". I do this part time when my schedule permits and I love every minute of it. My dog Jasper likes to play so I hope your pup likes to as well. I pretty much love all dogs as long as they aren't aggressive. We would love to meet you and your fur baby.

We were very pleased in working with Amber. She took Rocky in with only a couple day's notice. We did a meet and greet and felt comfortable sending Rocky to be with her over the weekend. We found Amber to be very accommodating and flexible. She took pictures of Rocky and sent them to us every evening. Her dog Jasper is a beautiful dog and very well-adjusted. It did not take long for Rocky and Jasper to acclimate with each other. Rocky seemed to be very happy when we picked him up from his stay. We would use Amber again if the need arises. Thank you very much Amber! We appreciate you being so flexible with us during our travel issues. Thanks for taking such good care of Rocky!

Vinny had another great stay with Amber and Jasper! He gets so excited when we turn onto Amber’s street! I always appreciate the daily pics and update! Mostly, I just appreciate knowing he is safe and having a blast playing!
Amber sent us an update and photos every day. Daisy had a wonderful time and Amber took such good care of her.

Schedule
I work at home and have plenty of breaks to engage with the dogs. We go to the off leash park every morning before work where we meet up with our friends and their dogs for a 1-mile walk (for humans) and who knows how many miles for the pups. We have a great group of humans and dogs who go to exercise every day. I will want to bring your dog with us so let me know if they can be off leash. If they cannot be off leash then I can take them on a leash or leave them home for a bit, your choice. After the park I feed them breakfast. Then I go upstairs to work and, being that dogs are pack-animals, they follow the leader...which is me (yay!). Sooooooooo, they are normally at my feet and do what I do. I move, they move... etc. :-) I believe in snacks, naps and DOG TV.

All dogs are pretty much spoiled if ok with you. I have a big fenced yard, plenty of dog beds, treats, play time and love. Jasper would love to meet you.

A typical day
We start with a trip to the park before work. Then I serve breakfast which can include home cooked food if you like. Nap time & dog TV. Lunch time is play time with Jasper and/or the ball. I am working and they are hanging out. After work we play in the backyard or go back to the park, or we just hang out.
