Amber has been an incredible dog sitter for our family for the past few years, and we couldn’t recommend her more highly. Her communication is excellent—she always provides multiple updates while we’re away, which gives us total peace of mind. Our pets are clearly well cared for and loved, and it’s obvious she treats them as if they were her own. She’s also extremely respectful of our home and takes great care of it while we’re gone. It’s such a relief to know we can travel without worry, knowing Amber has everything handled. We’re so grateful to have found her!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Amber, an outstanding pet sitter who went above and beyond to care for my furry friends. This is the third time we have booked Amber for our pet sitting needs. Not only did she provide excellent care for my pets, but she also took meticulous care of my home during my absence. Here are some highlights of their exceptional service: Pet Care: My pets were in safe hands. She followed feeding schedules, ensured regular walks, and played with them everyday. My pets were happy and content throughout. Daily Updates: Amber sent me daily updates, including photos and messages about my pets. It was heartwarming to see my fur babies thriving under her care. Home Maintenance: Beyond pet care, she also took care of my home. She watered plants, collected mail, and kept everything tidy. I returned to a spotless house! Transparent Communication: Amber was easy to communicate with, responsive, and professional. Her transparency and reliability put my mind at ease. Amber has watched our babies previously for a weekend so we were excited to be able to get her again while we went away for a week. Amber spoiled everyone, 2 dogs, 1 cat, while we were gone. She kept us up to date with pictures, messages, answered our phone calls and texts when we checked in with her. We came home to a clean house complete with a bouquet of flowers and a puzzle that resembles one of our dogs. It was so nice that that we were able to get away to relax and not worry about our babies. Will definitely continue to use Amber for any future sitting.

Amber took wonderful care of my little old lady dog, and very good care of my home as well! She sent photos and stayed in touch which is always nice!

I realized when I booked with Rover that I had a choice of sitters within a wide range of cost. Amber was the most expensive. I agreed to pay her based on the price indicated. I met with her ahead of time and discussed what was needed for my dogs. She, at that time indicated that she worked from home and would have a break for lunch and 2 other breaks. We agreed it was manageable. I left her a detained list of what was required for the care of our dogs. It is my belief that she did not read it at all or thought it was ok not to follow my instructions. I bought her $75 worth of "organic" food she requested. We supposed to be gone 3-29-4-2. We came home early because we were unable to reach her thru Rover's number. Rover could not reach her either. I originally paid $648 for 4 days. Rover only returned $198 for the 2 days. This was the worst experience I have ever had and if it weren't for my neighborhood dog walker, my dogs would have had accidents in the house. I have not had a call from Rover; I had to call them to get the $198 back. No offer to pay for the dog walk I had to call.
