Hello I’m Amba! I am a 24 year old female living in Central London, working from home as a Data Engineer. Being home full-time means I have the flexibility to give genuine, hands-on attention to your cat throughout the day, so you can travel, commute, and work knowing your kitty is happy, healthy, and never alone for long. I have been a sitter on Cat in a Flat for around 7 years now, with a strong track record of glowing reviews from happy owners. Over that time I’ve looked after a wide range of cats, including administering medication and managing various health needs, so I’m comfortable and confident with more complex care requirements too. Since moving to London I have really missed my 3 Siamese kitties back home, so I’m looking to give all my love and attention to your cat while you’re away. Growing up with cats I’ve learnt their mannerisms, and this helps me intuitively care for each individual cat depending on their needs. Pets are so important to an owner, and their care and happiness is my priority I can guarantee your feline will be thoroughly spoilt in my care. Regular WhatsApp photos and messages are offered to keep in touch with your kitty!

I treat every home as if it were my own, keeping the space secure, calm, and consistent with the cat’s usual routine. With 7 years’ experience on Cat in a Flat, including administering medication and managing various health needs, I follow owners’ instructions closely and stay alert to any changes in behaviour or wellbeing.

Amba was an amazing Sitter I had regular updates and she took time to spend with my cats whilst I was gone, which is always nice as I worry that they are bored! Im very grateful for Amba’s kindness. ☺️
Amba was very helpful, caring and understanding that we have an elderly cat who is currently unwell! She took great care of all three of our cats and sent lots of updates, videos and photos throughout the catsit. Amba clearly loves cats and bonded well with our kitties. Amba did an excellent job taking care of our cat Anya! She communicated well and was extremely professional before, during, and after our 10-day trip. She also provided a lot of attention and care for Anya, including brushing and playing, with the result that Anya was happy and well cared for when we returned. We highly recommend Amba!
Amba has been great! It was our first time with a cat sitter for our fur babies and she put our minds at ease with pictures and videos. Athena and Coco were really happy with Amba looking after them. We will definitely book her again when we go away.
Amba really is a joy to work with and we know our little Milo is well taken care off!

Schedule
As I work from home full-time as a Data Engineer, pet care fits seamlessly into my day rather than being squeezed around it. I’m on hand for feeding, play, and company throughout the day, with no long gaps where your cat is left alone.
