Hi! College student and I live on a second story apartment— besides that I’ve been around animals my whole life, and caring for them has always come naturally to me. I’ve helped with everything from playful puppies to older dogs who just need some patience and love. Animals have always been my comfort, and that’s a big part of why I want to become a veterinarian one day. I take the time to really get to know each pet what makes them happy, what calms them, and what helps them feel safe while their people are away. I’m gentle, reliable, and treat every pet like my own, making sure they feel loved and cared for no matter what.

I literally can’t put into words how pleased I am with Amayah! I have had many dog sitters over the past few years as I travel frequently and she is by far my favorite. She sent me photos and videos daily and was extremely patient with my older dog that can be a little difficult until she gets comfortable. She asked questions if she was unsure about anything and did everything she could to make my dogs feel at home. Amayah is very responsive, polite, and an obvious animal lover. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable pet sitter. If I could give her 10 stars, I would! Thank you so much for taking such excellent care of my pups!💖💖💖

Amayah has been the most trustworthy and reliable pet sitter for me and my wife for the past three years! Having a Belgian Malinois (1 year 3 months back then) and Border Collie (3 years 5 months back then) meant finding a reliable and apt pet sitter for this bundle of rowdiness and energy would be a difficult task. This was until we found Amayah who seemed very passionate and determined. Ultimately, she did an outstanding job managing the two we felt a flush of happiness and relief. Since then we stuck to Amayah and never looked back! Over the years the dogs have formed a strong bond with her and they absolutely love her. She has been the best and we could not recommend a better person for any petsitting needs!
We’ve been using Amayah as our dog sitter for the past two years, and she’s truly wonderful! She takes her time with both of our dogs — a 90-lb pit bull and a 4-lb miniature poodle — and shows them so much love and care. It’s not easy finding someone who can handle such different personalities and sizes, but she does it effortlessly. She’s extremely reliable, attentive, and treats our pets like her own. We always feel completely at ease knowing they’re in her care. We couldn’t recommend her more highly!
Amayah was absolutely incredible with our cat this summer! She’s responsible, caring, and has a special way with animals—our cat, who has never liked a sitter before, adored her. She communicated regularly, sent lots of great photos, and gave us total peace of mind while we were away. We also felt completely comfortable having her look after our home. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

I am a full time student, however my classes don’t go past 4pm so I am typically free every evening and every weekend and I volunteer at local animal shelters and help out at clinics occasionally during some weekend mornings! So pet care fits into my schedule perfectly, as everything runs smoothly.

When I’m taking care of pets, I focus on making them feel safe, loved, and comfortable just like they would at home with their family. I stick to their normal routines as much as possible, from feeding times and walks to play and rest. I pay close attention to how they’re feeling and what they need, whether that’s extra playtime, cuddles, or just someone nearby to keep them company.

A typical day includes plenty of walks, playtime, and mental stimulation tailored to each pet’s energy level. I enjoy enrichment games, sniff walks, park time, and calm bonding moments to make pets feel happy, relaxed, and well cared for.
