Hello! Names Amaya, I’m a freshman in college looking for a side hustle! I love animals, but have most of my experience with dogs. I work at a doggie daycare and boarding facility here in Lex part-time, I’ve been there for a year. I also have a dog of my own that I’ve raised since a little pup! He’s extremely dog friendly and comes with me to daycare. I’m just looking for a side hustle to support me through college!

she is super amazing and outgoing with all animals. I have three dogs and although they can be a lot shes managed to be super patient, kind, and overall respectful towards them. Along with that shes worked at a dog daycare and has taken care of many dogs of different breeds,sizes and overall behavior and yet has managed to do it all to the best of her ability:) shes super kind and loving towards all animals

Schedule
Over the summer, I work part-time at a doggie daycare and boarding facility. My shifts are 8 hours long and I usually have 3 shifts a week. Aside from my job, I have full availability!

Safety, trust & environment
I usually keep my dog in my room with the door closed because he’s really bad about getting into the trash. However I do keep a crate in my apartment if needed. Since I live on the third floor in an apartment, I do not have a back yard, but I have bells that he rings when he needs to potty. I believe that every household is different and has different resources, so I’m willing to be flexible for the dogs need!
Pets
A typical day
I love taking my dog on walks around campus, especially since there’s always friendly people walking their dogs and he gets to make a lot of friends! We also like to learn fun tricks every once in a while. Our favorite past-time though is snuggling in bed together!
