Pets set the pace, and I'm here for all of it. Whether your dog needs to burn energy on a brisk walk or your cat just wants someone calm and present while you're away, I show up how your pet needs me to. I'm a professional pet care provider with 2,400+ completed visits in dog walking and drop-in care, and I'm insured through PCI for your peace of mind. I'm also open to overnight housesitting with advance notice. I've worked with dogs and cats of all temperaments - high energy, reactive, senior, shy, and everything in between. I'm comfortable administering oral medication, working with senior pets, and supporting training goals you're actively building with your pet. Your pet's routines, preferences, and needs will be followed. Cats are a specialty. I understand that most cats need a visitor who respects their space and handles the essentials. If they're social, we'll have playtime, chin scratches, or just exist in the same room the way some cats prefer. I ask detailed questions before every booking because the best care starts with knowing your pet: their triggers, their favorite toys, how they signal discomfort, and what commands they respond to with someone new.

AmariYah made this such a great experience, as this was our first time using Rover! She gave us plenty of updates and pictures, and it looks like our pets absolutely loved the experience too! She was very thoughtful and generous with her time, and her care of our little fur babies!
AmariYah has been my go to sitter for the last 4 years and has taken amazing care of my dog. She is reliable and communicative. I now have a senior dog who has some extra needs and AmariYah has cared for her with patience and attentiveness. It always gives me peace of mind knowing my dog is in good hands. AmariYah watched our two dogs while we went out of town and did a great job! They can be particular about who walks them but she got them out and about no problem. Absolutely would book her again.
AmariYah would make an awesome dog sitter! I know this because I've watched her care for her own dog and cat, Luna and Preacher. Although Luna can fend for herself, AmariYah still provides a loving and supportive environment for her. Preacher on the other hand has chronic arthritis and requires more attention, AmariYah goes above and beyond to make sure he has the proper meds, gets groomed, gets his daily walks, and is showered with love! AmariYah's attention to detail and love for animals is amazing, you won't regret having her as a dog sitter!
AmariYah is amazing with both our dog, Preacher (pitbull mix), and cat, Luna. Our dog has some mobility issues, but walks really well with AmariYah. They always take their time and I can tell that Preacher appreciates stopping to smell the roses. They administer all medications with care. And, they are always down for an extended snuggle. They have been very responsive and responsible when caring for our animal companions! I definitely recommend them!

Schedule
I generally have a flexible schedule around my other work. The only times I am not available now is T/Th 12:30-5:30pm. I am not available for constant care at this time.
