I don’t like leaving bad reviews because i don’t know what people are dealing with in their personal lives but i wish this sitter would’ve declined our request if she couldn’t do the job. She missed the first visit that was scheduled for the evening. Said she didn’t see it on her end. Mistakes happen so i could understand even though that left our pets alone and without food for nearly 30 hours since she didn’t come to our house the next day until 10:30. I was hoping she’d spend a little extra time with them since they were on their own for so long but that didn’t happen. Still i wasn’t planning on leaving a complaint. Then i noticed the her arrival and departure from our home from our ring camera did not match the check in times she submitted on rover. She only stayed for seven minutes one visit even though the drop in start and finish times indicated she was there 30 minutes and another visit was only four minutes and the drop in start and finish time indicated she stayed for 18 minutes even though we paid for 30 minute visits. This is scammer behavior. I will never use her again and would not recommend this sitter. I’m hurt by the lack of care and attention our pets received. I was not expecting this type of treatment from someone that works with animals.
