Availability
I am available to do drop ins nearly every day and am also available to housesit throughout the week and weekends as well. I’m usually free major holidays if booked in advance. I try to update my calendar as accurately as possible! If I go out of town to visit family or friends, then I will update my calendar as unavailable. For the most part, my calendar is pretty accurate, so please book in advance if possible! Because I have my own pets, I charge on the higher end for house sitting since I return to let my puppy out every few hours. I do not provide constant care which is being at the home 24/7 and being unable to leave as I have my own pets and clients to tend to.

When visiting a pet in your home, I like to stick to their normal schedule as much as possible to not stress them out. I always play with the dogs/cats and treat them as I do with my own animals! (My cat Emma receives a truly, royal experience, so yours is in good hands). Please note: I do NOT sit for dogs that are not house trained and use potty pads. I also do NOT house sit for people that have 24/7 cameras that require to be on while I am staying overnight. I don’t mind indoor cameras being turned on if I leave the house during the house sit, but I am not comfortable with them on while I am there. Indoor cameras for drop-ins are completely fine and understandable.

I would like to know about special diets or habits the dog has ahead of time. From experience, I would like to know any behavioral patterns, anxieties or triggers your animal may have. Please note, I do require daily visits for cats if asked to sit. Example: if you are leaving town for 1 week, I require daily drop ins to check on your cat each day you are gone. This is to ensure automated feeders are working properly and litter boxes are clean, preventing UTIs that are induced from stress and unclean litter.

I love to play with inside and outside the house. A typical day would be a fun start in the backyard and then a walk outside.

Pet care experience
I grew up in my family with various critters. We have always had small dogs in our home and cats as well. Aside from that, I have personally raised and cared for bearded dragons, hamsters, and a hedgehog! With these different types of pets comes different needs, so I believe I can handle many animal personalities. Close to my heart are cats, but I love all other critters as well :)
