Amari was incredible. She sent so many photos during her visits and was so so communicative! Will 100% be booking with her again!!

If I could leave a zero star I would. I was very disappointed in Amari and the lack of care she provided for my pets. I hired her to house sit our 7 month old golden retriever puppy and our two 4 year old cats. I specifically asked if she would be able to be at our house pretty much 24/7 since our puppy could only be left in the crate for 2-3 hours max at a time. We are retired and she is used to getting lots of attention and play time and she is a puppy that has a lot of energy. We left on Friday morning and were scheduled to return on Wednesday. On Saturday, Amari left the house at 4:30 in the afternoon and did not return until after I messaged her at 3:45 in the morning because I was worried sick about our puppy being left alone for over 12 hours!! She said she had a personal emergency but she did not communicate that to me…if I had known I could have had my neighbor come over to let her out. As it was, our puppy was so stressed and distraught that she developed stress colitis with severe diarrhea from being left alone in her crate for extended periods of time. I assumed this incident was a one time occurrence, but then she left again on Sunday evening at 8:45 pm and did not return until after I messaged her at 5:30 am because our puppy wakes up at 6 am. So then I knew that she was not doing the job we had hired her to do. We ended up cutting our trip short by two days because we were worried sick about the well being of our pets. When we returned home unannounced on Monday, our puppy’s bed reaked of urine since she is obviously not able to hold it for 12 hours, there was a poop stain on our 3rd floor patio rug and our bathroom mat was in the wash because our puppy had peed on it. Our Puppy is house trained, so obviously Amari was not even taking her out for potty breaks or paying attention to her cues when she was at our house. On the day we returned, Amari left the house for 4 hours in the morning, came back for an hour and then left for another 3 hours. After we returned home on Monday, our puppy has had separation anxiety because of being left alone for a majority of the time while we were away. It is so sad to see your puppy so stressed and distraught from this experience. On top of not taking care of our puppy, Amari did not even clean the litter box once for the 3 days she was at our house. The house was also a mess with dirty dishes in the sink, crumbs all over the counters, food left in the toaster oven, empty wine bottles and glasses in the bathrooms, etc. I don’t normally leave lengthy reviews, but I just want other pet owners to be aware of the experience I had with Amari and the clear lack of responsibility she demonstrated in caring for our pets and our house.

Amari was very attentive, caring and friendly, love how she treated Molly, thank you so much Amari.

Very good at communicating and let me facetime Stitch whenever I wanted. She also made sure that he got plenty of long walks. Will definitely book with her again.

Amari had great communication and took great care of my puppy. She went above & beyond during her time with him! Will book again :).

The puppies are always taken care of and the house is left clean.
