Hello! Thank you for stopping by my Rover profile! I would love to watch your pets while you are away. As a former dog owner myself, I know that it can be stressful for many dogs to be away from home for extended periods of time or have their owners gone for most of the day. I aim to provide excellent care for yours dogs in your house, to minimize the stress on the dog. I have over 15 years of experience owning and caring for dogs, and plenty of experience caring for cats as well. I have many references that I would love to share with you. I am comfortable with dogs of all breeds, shapes, and sizes. I do not judge dogs based on breed and I welcome the opportunity to watch any dog. I have experience with puppies and have trained a puppy myself. If you have a puppy, I would love to learn your training tactics so I can be sure to be consistent with training. While I am dog-sitting for you, I would love to take your dog on long walks or to the dog park, or whatever you desire! If you would like me to stay the night, I'd be more than happy to! I sadly lost my golden retriever to cancer last year and life has felt a bit empty without a dog by my side. I did Rover throughout college and my early 20s, and I figured returning would be a great way to spend more time with animals! I find a lot of peace and happiness in the presence of animals. This is our second time booking with Amanda and I cannot say enough great things about her and her care of our pups. Knowing Amanda is watching the dogs while we are either on vacation or work trips takes all of our worries and stress away when it comes to the care of our dogs. Calendar and availability
Schedule
I currently work remote so I am able to be with your pet(s) nearly 24/7. I do have commitments most nights from 5-7pm (I work for a horse barn nearby and do PM feed). But besides that, I would be with your pets the entire time. These hours are also slightly flexible so I can adjust to fit your pet’s schedule!

A typical day
