Hi there! I've been a full time pet sitter and dog walker since 2017. I've cared for senior animals, animals with special needs, puppies, big and small dogs, and cats! I moved to LA two years ago to earn my college degree and begin my acting journey. The only two things I can see myself doing in my life is acting and being around animals! I'm currently working towards becoming a dog trainer where I hope to specialize in leash reactivity because I understand how much that can affect a dog parent. I love all animals, with an affinity for large dogs. I was the kid who was always bringing home stray animals and making sure they found their original home or found their forever home, a lot of times that home was with me :) Pet sitting and dog walking is my full time job so that I may balance my two loves, animals and acting. This means my schedule is super flexible! I'm a very detail oriented person and find joy curating personal experiences for pets and their paw-rents. I know how stressful it can be having your baby in the hands of someone new, to relieve that stress I always send update photos while your pet is under my care. My goal is to make you and your pet as happy and comfortable as I can. Looking forward to meeting you and your furry friends! :)

Amanda took excellent care of our two fur baby kitties! She was thorough and thoughtful about every aspect, even catching a discrepancy I made in my detailed written instructions as compared to the meet and greet orientation. She was communicative and warm. Both our cats seemed to enjoy spending time with her, including the shy one! We’ll definitely be booking with Amanda again, and highly recommend her! Amanda is a superstar sitter. Responsive and thoughtful. From her detailed communication I knew my dogs were not only getting food, walks, etc. but attention and affection as well. She is my go-to sitter as long as she's available.
I think this is my third review for Amanda and I don’t even care - she’s seriously incredible. Professional, punctual, kind, flexible, great with animals and extremely down to earth. She’s helped me out in some serious pinches and last minute trips, so I seriously can’t thank her enough. Will continue booking in 2026 no doubt!

I'm currently a working actor with pet care as my primary source of income! So I have ample time to provide excellent quality pet care for your pets!

Safety, trust & environment
When in a family’s home, I follow strictly the orders they have left me with. I like to send photos of the pet upon arrival and during my visit to allow for some stress relief for the family! Each home is different with different needs, for check ins I prefer one hour stays to ensure enrichment/quality and necessary tasking! I always make time for adequate play and attention for pets under my care
A typical day
with paw-rents permission, I love to take dogs on drives with me and find dog friendly locations, such as hikes or parks and coffee shops! but I really love to do what the animal loves to do, so it depends on the dog and if that means swim time, ball time, car time, i'm here for it!
