I have a small cat named Willow, a 3 year old rescue pup named Roxy, and a tuxedo cat named Ollie. I absolutely love animals and getting to know their unique personalities! I have my own business as a Graphic Designer which allows me to have a flexible schedule. I’m also an artist and sell my art on the side. When I’m not creating, I’m outside walking Roxy or taking her to the beach. We’re a very outdoorsy family and take our dog for walks at least twice a day. We also have a six-month old who loves to go on walks and adventures with us. We have a nice big yard in Scarborough and Memorial Park a short walking distance away. Having such great career flexibility, I’ll be able to work with your schedule to find a good fit for the care you need!

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Amanda. My husband and I needed to book someone last minute for a 10-day trip. We wanted someone who would stay in our home and take care of our very shy dog, Leon. Amanda was incredible. Morning and evening pupdates with pictures and occasional videos. She followed all of our detailed instructions perfectly, communicated consistently, and knew exactly how to handle our nervous shy boy. By a couple of days in, he was completely comfortable and happily walking and cuddling with her. Having Amanda at our home gave us complete peace of mind the whole time we were gone. She also brought in our mail! Would highly recommend her and will def be using her again.
Amanda is an amazing pet mama to her 3 fur babies, Willow, Roxy and Ollie, all of whom she adopted. Moving all three of her pets cross country with all the safey meausures makes her very responsible with all her animals. Amanda really enjoys walking her dog Roxie, who needs lots of exercise! Amanda is fit and can handle dogs of all sizes! I highly recommend Amanda.
Amanda is a fantastic animal caretaker and human being! She is incredibly knowledgeable in pet care, having multiple animals herself, and is very responsible and organized. She has watched my dog many times, and has carefully managed interactions with other animals during those times, both known and unknown. She is also very experienced in safely transporting animals. Amanda is kind, loving, and vigilant. I would trust her with any animal of mine, for any length of time, knowing she would care for it as well as she does her own!

Schedule
**I’ll be going on maternity leave from December 15th, 2025-January 31st, 2026. If you need a sitter before then or after, I’m more than happy to watch your furry friend! I’m currently working from home and have a flexible schedule. The only days I’m unavailable are Tuesdays & Thursdays between 10-3 pm EST. Otherwise, I can work with you to be there when you need it.

We live an active lifestyle in this house! My dog gets at least 2 walks a day and I’m always playing with our kitties. I like to ensure they stick to their feeding routine while also having some spontaneous play and fun time outdoors.

A typical day
I love to take my dog, Roxy, on walks in our neighborhood at least twice a day. I’ll also give her a stimulating toy such as her Kong filled with peanut butter once a day. Our cats have toys around the house that they can play with when they’re not napping!
