What can I do to be helpful with training, rewarding good behavior, or general rules that you'd like me to follow? It would be helpful to know if your dog is protective of food and/or toys. Does your dog have a daily routine that is important to keep? Special food or treats? Does your dog enjoy socializing with other dogs and/or kids? I know each situation can be a little different and am here to help your fur baby feel at home when away from home!
A typical day
We can go on walks or runs (depending on the dog) in the neighborhood. I also make sure they have time to relax in the sunshine inside if they're in a slower stage of life. I have my balcony doors open regularly.

Hi! My dog and I just moved to Barcelona from Texas and just absolutely love it! I was a Rover in Washington, DC and in Texas and excited to keep it going here in Spain. I've had one or two dogs of my own for the past 23 years. My 5 year old (female) aussiedoodle loves everyone and all dogs. We go on walks around the neighborhood and outdoor events. My work schedule is very flexible during the day. As my previous two dogs aged, they required special food and medication. I am happy to care for older dogs with these needs too. NOTE for FIRST TIME BOARDING: I do require a meet and greet prior to accepting the boarding request to ensure our dogs get along. I find it also helps a dog when they are dropped off and the place is familiar.

We cannot say enough good things about Amanda! She took such amazing care of our dog, while we were away for an extended trip. It was clear how happy and comfortable our dog was in her home, she didn’t even want to leave when we came to pick her up! My 15 yo Maltipoo loves going to just hang out with Miss Amanda and her doggie! She really is the best!! I’m afraid to talk Amanda up too much because selfishly I’m afraid she won’t be available when we need her! Lol!! Don’t think twice just book with Amanda!!!
We’d give Amanda 10 stars if we could. She kept our dog at her house for almost 3 weeks, and we received photos and updates almost everyday. It was clear our dog was relaxed, involved, right at home, and safe, which made being away that long much easier. We will definitely book with Amanda again!
