Availability
I am currently a full-time Nuclear Medicine student that is on break for the summer semester, so I have full availability and can give pet owners a flexible schedule that best fits their needs. Balancing everyday life is difficult and I am here to make it as simple as possible.

Safety, trust & environment
My primary goal is to make sure that both the pet owners and pet feel safe with me as their sitter. I would make it a priority to meet before any services, work out a schedule that works for everyone, and update the sitter at any given time.
Information Amanda T. would like to know about your pet
I would love to know what activities pets prefer, any triggers they may have, if they are able to go to dog parks, and how much physical activity they require. Also, if there are any specific quirks or needs that your pet has, please let me know! My own dog, for example, will only drink water out of our bathroom sink, so I am well acquainted with dealing with doggie divas! :)
A typical day
I love being outside, so I think it's super important to give the pets I watch enough mental and physical stimulus. Of course, needs vary based on each pet, so I would make sure to find an activity that works best for each animal, as I know a puppy and senior dog would not benefit from the same activities.

Pet care experience
While I may be new to Rover, I have had dogs and different pets all throughout my life, as well as having cared for other family's pets. I have experience with raising and training puppies, caring for senior dogs that just need some extra love and patience, and am familiar with all sorts of dog breeds. I have experience with Yorkshire Terriers, Cocker Spaniels, Miniature Pinschers, Dachshunds, Australian shepherds, German Shepherds, and more! I also used to work at a pet store, called Pet Food Center, where I learned how to handle hamsters, guinea pigs, snakes, cats, and other animals. While that may be a bit unrelated to Rover's services, it shows that I have a deep-rooted love for animals and will go above and beyond for any pet.
Reviews
Amanda is one of the most caring and dependable people I know. She truly loves animals, and it shows in the way she treats every pet with patience, comfort, and genuine affection. She has experience with all kinds of pets, from energetic puppies to seniors who need extra attention. I’ve trusted her with my puppy from the very beginning, and I never worry when he’s in her care. I would trust her with any of my pets and highly recommend her to anyone who wants a sitter they can rely on completely.
