Active, loving host family

Hi, our family loves dogs big and small and we enjoy meeting and hosting for others! I’ve been around and cared for pets (dogs, cats, birds) my entire life where pets have always been treated like family. We have 1 family dog who is social, vocal, and playful. Our dog is part of our family and is allowed on furniture and free-roaming when left home. Visiting dogs may also free roam if that’s what they are familiar with doing. I also keep kennels if your pup prefers, or needs, to be kenneled when alone or at night. My yard is large and fully fenced with 2 separated areas available. While caring for your dog(s), you can expect plenty of time getting outside play and exercise, some mental puzzle games (if they’re nerdy dogs), and cuddles! I have experience tailoring to the needs of dogs during their stay, whether it’s a feeding schedule, post surgical care, medication, or just anxious personalities; your dog is in good, loving hands and will be treated like family during their stay! We are available to host for families with multiple dogs as well 🐾 🪖 If you are active military and need extended stay for a field exercise, deployment mission, or are taking some much deserved time for a long vacation, ask about my extended stay rates and discount specifically modified for active duty military. ⏰ Morning and mid-day windows are available weekends and holidays - ask about specific day accommodations if needed. Drop off and pickup time blocks: Morning 7:00am - 9:00am Mid-day 12:00pm -2:00pm Evening 4:00pm - 7:00pm

All good at Amanda's for Chidi and Ellie's visit. The puppies are settled in for a good visit, plenty of friends and attention, lots of walks and care. Much appreciated and recommended.

Amanda did a great job watching my pup for 2 weeks. She was always super quick to respond, was very professional and prepared when we meet up prior to scheduling and at all points I felt like she was taking excellent care of Frida. It was great to get updates and know that Frida was getting exercise and doing fun things, not just hanging out in a house/yard all day.

Amanda was great, leaving us plenty of pictures throughout her stay. When we picked Sophie up she looked fresh and clean, as though she was fresh from the groomers. We will absolutely be happy to leave sophie with amanda again on future trips, knowihgʻ she will be safe and happy.

Amanda was excellent taking care of our dog Ollie. She was very communicative and flexible with arrangements. Also sent me many updates of how he was doing and pictures. We will definitely be using Amanda again.

Wyatt and I were very happy with Amanda's love and care for him while we were out of town. I would use Amanda again and recommend her to others.
