🐾 Experience I grew up with a family dog who was part of my life for over 10 years (she passed away last year and I miss her dearly), so I understand the day-to-day responsibility, routines, and care that go into keeping a dog happy and healthy. Through that experience, I’m comfortable with: - Daily walks and exercise routines - Feeding schedules and portioning - Basic grooming (brushing, cleaning paws, etc.) - Giving lots of attention, play, and companionship I’m especially mindful of each dog’s personality and energy level. Whether your dog needs a calm, relaxed walk or something more active, I adjust to what they’re most comfortable with. I also understand how important communication is for pet owners. I provide consistent updates, photos, and check-ins so you always feel confident your dog is safe and well cared for. While I’m newer to Rover, I bring real, hands-on experience from years of caring for my own dog and I treat every dog I work with like they’re my own. I thought this could be a good way to help me heal my heart after the loss of my family dog and be more active while helping local dog owners.
