I’ve been caring for pets since I was a teenager, helping out neighbors, friends, and family with everything from daily walks to multi-day pet sitting. I’ve grown up around animals my whole life—including both cats and dogs—and currently have a large-breed puppy. I’m comfortable caring for pets of all sizes, ages, and temperaments. While I don’t currently have a cat, I’ve had them in the past and have experience with a variety of personalities—from playful kittens to more independent cats. I’ve also administered medication to both cats and dogs, so I’m confident caring for pets who need a little extra support. My own dog can be excitable around other animals, but she is crate trained and will always be safely crated in a separate room when I’m not home. Any playtime or interactions will be fully supervised to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort. If your pet feels most secure in their own home rather than staying elsewhere, I’m happy to offer drop-in visits to refresh their food and water, go for walks, provide potty breaks, playtime, and all the affection they’re used to. Because I have a dog at home, I’m unable to offer overnight stays—but I’ll make sure your pet feels just as loved and well-cared for while you’re away. I adore animals of all kinds and breeds, and I know how important it is to feel connected while you’re apart—so I always provide photo updates and check-ins during each visit (unless you’d prefer otherwise).
