Availability

My husband and I currently work from home so at least one adult will be at the house most of the day, however, we do take frequent video calls, so a quiet pup is best. Potty breaks through out the day (at least every 4 hours).

Information Amanda S. would like to know about your pet

I don't discriminate against any breed! I have experience with pits, bulldogs, Great Danes, and sheepdogs. Since I work from home and have conference calls, I need to know your pets' bark/whine triggers (knock on the door, other voices, mail man, etc.) and how best to avoid them (especially during video calls)

A typical day

Usually the day starts with a walk or quick potty break out back. Then it's time for breakfast; followed by another walk or potty break. I usually start my work day around 8-830am, then provide another walk during lunch time. If there's a fenced backyard or patio available, I will let your pets out more throughout the day! Another walk before dinner, then one right before bed :)

Paws-itively Perfect Pet Sitting

Pet care experience

Hi there! We’re Amanda and Andrew, dog lovers with a cozy home ready to welcome your furry friends! We’re passionate about providing a safe, loving environment for pups of all sizes, breeds, and personalities. Here’s a little more about us: Boarding Services We both work from home, so at least one adult is almost always home with your babies! Daily Care: At least 4 potty breaks and plenty of snuggles! Pet-Friendly Home: Furniture is dog-approved, and meal times are kept stress-free by feeding pets separately. Crate-Ready: If your pup is crate-trained, please bring their crate along. We currently have 2 small dogs—a senior chiweenie, Chorizo (Neutered male), and an adult chihuahua, BonBon (Spayed female, ~7 years old). They are both low-energy and spend most of their day snoozing while we work from home. To ensure everyone gets along, a meet-and-greet is required before booking. Note: We can’t accept pets who are excessively noisy (barking, whining, etc.) or require constant supervision, as we work from home and have regular video calls. Housesitting Services Amanda specializes in housesitting, ensuring your pets stay comfortable in their own environment. Stress-Free Care: I’ll stick to your pet’s routine, keeping them happy and relaxed. Flexible Schedule: While I occasionally step out for errands or a gym class, I aim to limit absences to no more than 4 hours. Constant care is available for an extra fee. Tidy and Reliable: Your home will be as clean—or cleaner—when you return, and I’m happy to help with small tasks like watering plants or collecting mail. Why Choose Us? Experience with administering medications (including injections for diabetes and IV fluids). Knowledgeable in caring for dogs, cats, and even birds. A genuine love for animals and a commitment to treating guest pups like family. We look forward to meeting you and your furry family!

Amanda and Andrew are the best! They're always so friendly, and kind and they take such good care of Lily, treating her like she's part of the family. I cannot say enough good things about them. We always feel so comfortable leaving Lily with them. They keep us up-to-date with text messages on how she's doing, and send adorable photos which we love. If there was another star for outstanding they would get it!

Our regular Rover was not available to watch our pug ladies. Lucky for us we found Amanda and Andrew. One of our pug is scared of her own shadow. Andrew was very patient and gentle with her. By the end of the stay he had her eating from his hands. We were also in daily contact with lots of wonderful pictures of our girls. They were also very accommodating for pickup and drop off. We will definitely be back!

Köpi’s first day at daycare went great. It seemed like he really liked the place. I got photos throughout the day, which was nice.
