Pet care experience
I have cared for animals of all sizes and kinds my whole life. I have been dog/cat/horse sitting for many years and am comfortable taking care of all animals. I grew up on a farm taking care of rescue horses, dogs, cats, rabbits and chickens. I currently have two percious dogs, Shelley and Watson. Both are rescues and my best friends. My favorite activity is playing with them in our yard and going on road trips together. I am available to walk and play with your pets as well as house sit if needed. I will check on your pet regularly and make sure they feel comfortable and at home. I am a school teacher so my summer schedule is very flexible. Please consider me for all your pet needs!

I had a death in the family, and Amanda came to stay at my apartment to watch my two cats so I could leave town for the funeral for a few days. She took impeccable care of my babies. Normally, they are very shy around people--even people who come by regularly. Even my regular pet sitter rarely sees them when she comes because they hide until she leaves. But with Amanda, they were playful and comfortable. They didn't hide from her! It was so nice to be able to be with my family and not have to worry about my pets or my home. Amanda sent me regular updates and reassured me that everything was fine at home so I could focus fully on being with my family. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
Amanda is an extremely profession and caring dog sitter. We have two older small dogs who don’t do well going to a kennel. She took special care of them and asked all the right questions before arriving. She is trustworthy to be in your home and will care for your pets like they are her own. The house was spotless when we got home and the doggies were happy. If you are hesitant about having someone come into your home, Amanda is the perfect person for you.
