Pets are my passion, I’m here to share my knowledge and experience to help you and your loved one(s). I’ve cared for more than dogs, cats, and rabbits. I’m happy to look after reptiles, birds and small animals as well. In addition to basic pet sitting needs, I’m also experienced with behavioral training, puppy basics, grooming and medicating. All animal care plans will be thoroughly created at meet and greet, I will not deviate from the plan so please include things like ~ how many treats per day, are any people foods ok to share (carrots, yogurt etc), the song we play in the morning to get out of bed - sometimes small requests seem silly but it’s part of your daily life and I understand how matching a routine makes your pet more comfortable. Please feel free to bring these up as well so they can be included.

Safety, trust & environment
All of your house rules will be respected and followed of course. If your pup isn’t allowed on the sofa, we can snuggle on the floor. Do you have a super stealthy door - dashing cat? I currently live with one and know how important it is to closely monitor where the cat is when you’re going through the door.

Amanda has such great enthusiasm for our fur baby and I love that when I’m traveling. I can relax knowing that they’re out having adventures, getting special treats and enjoying each others company. We love the adorable pictures of the two of them. I highly recommend this amazing human!
We are so grateful to have found Amanda! Our travels are now worry free. She is such a wonderful person and a perfect fit for Tess. They do so many fun adventures together, the pictures and updates of our goofy puppy always bring smiles! Amanda truly seems to enjoy her time here and makes it a full experience so that Tess is relaxed and happy when we arrive back home.
Amanda is a top notch dog sitter in every way! We felt completely comfortable on our trip because we knew our pup was in good care. She’s ‘Doxie’ experienced, sends great updates and even had some excellent insights into our dog’s behavior. You can tell she loves animals and I think as I write this our dog is missing her!

I’m openly available Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday with options for drop ins or walks throughout the rest of the week in the mornings or evenings.
