Pet care experience
I spent 6 years volunteering at the humane society, where I worked with dogs of all ages, temperaments, and backgrounds. This gave me experience with everything g from energetic dogs to more nervous or shy ones, and taught me how to read behavior and respond calmly. I'm comfortable supporting routines, reinforcing basic training, and giving extra attention to dogs who need a little more patience, including seniors. I have also grown up around and cared for my own pets, which has further shaped my comfort and familiarity with daily routines and care.

I am a BIG animal lover. I would never leave my animals with someone that I didnt trust completely. Amanda is extremely trustworthy. She loves animals but the bonus is that they also love her. I am going out of town for several days starting Monday May 4th and she will be taking care of them. She has always done a fantastic job with them.
Amanda's love for animals started at a young age. She volunteered with the Humane Society walking dogs and has dog sat for many people over the years. She is a respectful and responsible adult and is very disciplined. She connects well with animals and they love her!
