Just moved to the area from central GA. We can’t wait to meet your pups. 😊 Hi, I’m Amanda! I am a stay-at-home Mom, which means I’ll be able to give extra attention to and take excellent care of your pets! I live with my husband, Phillip, and our 3 children. We have a senior chihuahua named Kyle, and a rat terrior mix named Flower. Both current on vaccines and on monthly preventions. ***Currently, we are only able to have small breed dogs stay in our home with us.*** ***Same day bookings are case by case*** ***Bath, nail trims, and light grooming services are available, please message me for info and pricing*** Before having our children, I worked as a veterinary nurse assistant for 9 years. If you have a pet with medical needs, I have you covered. I am well versed in administering not only oral, eye or ear medication, but also injections. I am very passionate about making sure your pet has a comfortable and safe stay at our home, and treating them like part of the family. Communication before and during your pets stay is critical, please reach out with any questions you have. I provide daily picture updates with details on how our day was, usually in the evenings. Please do not hesitate to check in earlier! I hope to be able to care for your pets soon.

Penelope had another great stay with Amanda and Philip! This time she settled in right away, almost instantly and for only her second time! That will tell you a lot about the kind of care they will give to your pup!
I can’t even begin to tell you how great Amanda and Phillip were on a last minute booking. I had a work trip and needed someone to take Penelope for me, I was super nervous as I usually like to do some day stays first. Amanda and Phillip took very good care of Penelope which allowed me to focus at work and be present, they were very communicative and sent loads of pics. If you are like me and nervous of who can take care of your fur babies, booking care with Amanda and Phillip will take away the nervousness, 100%!
Amanda did an amazing job taking care of my dog, Appa! She was incredibly attentive, sending daily photos and updates that reassured me he was in great hands. Appa looked so happy in every picture, and it was clear that he was well taken care of. He absolutely loved playing with her dogs at home, which made his stay even more enjoyable. I couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter. I will definitely be using Amanda's services again in the future!

Schedule
Since I’m a stay-at-home Mom, I’ll be able to care for your pets just like they’re part of our family. They’ll be involved in all parts of our days - from fun romps outside, to quiet time inside while the little one naps.

Safety, trust & environment
Your pets will always be on a leash while outside and ALWAYS supervised during potty breaks or outside play. We have an awning over the back porch to provide shade while enjoying outside time. We treat our yard monthly with a pet safe, natural, and effective pest spray.
Pets
A typical day
A normal day for us and our dog includes breakfast, then some time outside (weather permitting), followed by quiet time. This cycle repeats (we love being outside). However please know, if your pet would rather lounge on the couch or on their dog bed that’s okay too! We have a glass storm door and I’ll be able to keep tabs on your sweet pup while we play outside.
