I have years of experience with animal care and boarding, along with volunteering with animal shelters and transporting adoptable pets to their new homes. We live on 2½ acres in a quiet country setting with plenty of room to enjoy. Most importantly, I want your pet to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away—and I’ll care for them like one of my own! 🐾

Amanda is a phenomenal pet sitter and I would highly recommend her!!! She has watched our two dogs multiple times overnight. One of our dogs was senior and needed extra attention and medicine and she didn’t hesitate to provide the extra care she needed. She has a love of animals and I would trust her with all of our pet sitting needs.
Amanda was fantastic with taking care of our fur babies! She was timely, kind, and very communicative during her time with the animals. It’s always a comforting feeling when you have someone you can trust to take care of your little loved ones. Amanda is the best!
Amanda is such a delight! Before we moved, she took care our Goldens for us for several years whenever our family went away on camping trips. She would stay at our home and often cared for two or three dogs at a time, including our Mom and Dad's dog. Two of three dogs required medications on a regular schedule and a little extra attention, and Amanda took that challenge with joy. Our girls absolutely adore her, and she treated them like family.. it gave us such peace of mind when we could go away knowing they were safe, comfortable, and being well cared for in their own home. We would happily recommend her to anyone looking for someone dependable and loving to care for their pets.

Schedule
I work a consistent weekday schedule and am home by 4pm, with evenings and weekends spent at home. My house has flexibility in schedules, and I can work with you to make accommodations if necessary. We're an active family, so walks, outdoor time, play and plenty of attention are easy to incorporate into our days. For the less active, we love snugglers and are always able to accommodate downtime.

There is a fenced-in portion of the backyard directly off the house for safe bathroom breaks and play, along with additional property for supervised walks. Our home is shared with my friendly cat, Oliver, and visiting pets are treated as part of the family while they’re here.

A typical day
A typical day will be tailored to your pet’s personality and energy level. That might mean outdoor play, walks around the property and plenty of attention, or curling up and relaxing if that’s more their speed. I love active time outdoors, and am just as happy to accommodate a professional couch potato.
