I have been a part time pet sitting for a variety of different animals for over six years. Not only am I well versed in caring for dogs and cats, but I have worked in the zoological field for five years both volunteering and paid work. Animal care and conservation has not only been an interest of mine but a life-long passion! Please be advised I am comfortable with giving oral medications but I have never preformed vaccines or inhalers on mammals.

I am dedicated to the safety and health of every animal in my care. I ensure all locks are checked before leaving and that the pet will always have access to clean water. Pets are not just animals in your home but are very important parts of the family. I am comfortable with meet and greats prior to visitations to build trust with my clients.

Amanda is an excellent caregiver, they pay close attention to detail when it comes to your animals well being and care treating them just as they would their own. Amanda has amazing knowledge of all possibly pets and animals out there. They take such great care and have amazing compassion for animals. They have a lot of pets of their own and spends quality time with them!
Amanda has always provided great care and love for our dogs, cat and reptiles when in her care. She is knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. It is very obvious animals are her passion. I wouldn’t leave my animals with anyone else.
Amanda has been absolutely incredible with my dogs, Winnie and Sage. Winnie is my border collie and Sage is my Siberian husky, and both of them adore her — especially Winnie. The second Amanda walks in, Winnie lights up with excitement, and that alone says so much about the kind of person she is with animals. Amanda is extremely attentive and genuinely pays attention to every bark, call, and little behavior change. You can tell she truly cares and takes the time to understand each animal’s personality and needs instead of just “checking in” on them. That level of care is hard to find. One of the biggest things for me is the peace of mind she gives me. I never have to worry when Amanda is taking care of my animals because I know they are getting the absolute best care possible. She is reliable, professional, compassionate, and clearly has a natural gift with animals. I would recommend Amanda to absolutely anyone looking for someone trustworthy and genuinely amazing with pets. She is exactly the kind of person you want caring for your animals.

Schedule
At this point in time this is my full time job! I am flexible with times! I take breaks midday to care for my own cat and reptiles at home.
