Animal lover, wfh flexible schedule
I absolutely love animals and would treat yours as my very own! I do have my own dog who comes along when I housesit so please keep that in mind if you are interested in booking with me. I am always sure your pet is watched over, get lots of attention and more so I’m sure they are played with and made to feel comfortable and loved. I have house/pet sat previously in foreign countries and around the U.S. I used the app TrustedHousesitters and can share my profile with you there to see more reviews. I grew up with pets my whole life, and have worked part-time dog walking and pet sitting. I try to be communicative and to keep you updated on the well-being of your pet. I make sure they are always safe and as happy as possible. I love the outdoors, my favorite pastime is hiking so dog walks aren’t a problem at all. I also enjoy reading in the evenings and can’t think of a better way to do so than with a furry friend to curl up with 💕

Amanda communicated with me just the right amount and took great care of my 2 kitties. I came home to a neat house and she listened to me about not over feeding my cats. I will use her again.

Schedule
I work as a remote ESL teacher some days but set my own schedule. This allows for a lot of flexibility. I’m available during the day, week, evenings, and weekends. I can work with you as long as you contact me in advance.
Where your pet will stay
Safety, trust & environment
I live in a basement with a separate entrance from the main house. We have a backyard that is completely fenced in and that has plenty of space for running around and playing fetch. Although the backyard is completely safe and enclosed I will always accompany the dogs when brought for outside time and potty breaks. I keep my house tidy and ensure that no food is left out, or small objects that can be swallowed. I do have my own dog here that will be around yours at doggy daycare unless that’s an absolute problem. She does well with other dogs and is usually quite indifferent to them.

A typical day
I love walks around the neighborhood or local park. If you’re comfortable with it, I go hiking most days and can take the dogs along.
