Animal lover seeks animal friends!
I've always had dogs and cats as a child and adult, most of my experience has been with bigger dogs. I currently do not have any family pets, and miss the wagging tails! I do work fulltime and work from home 2 days a week and in the office 3 days (my 3 in office days are somewhat flexible) . I'm able to let pups out on my lunch break (1 hr lunch) if you live near Waterloo. I'm willing to do really early morning walks (5:30am-8 am) as well as anytime during the evening after 4:30 pm and anytime on weekends. In my spare time you can often find me on a hiking trail and would love a dog friend to bring with me. I do have access to a vehicle and enjoy doing an off leash or on leash hikes .if you require care for your fur baby in your home for any amount of time, I'm available anytime, like I said I work from home 2 days a week so your fur baby will have the attention they need. I would prefer to care for your fur baby in your home. Currently my roommate has 3 cats and a dog who is reactive to other dogs. I would follow all instructions giving by the owner to ensure the animal is safe.

Amanda was wonderful watching our two dogs for 5 nights in our home. She sent daily pictures and updates and was super responsive leading up to our trip. Added bonus, she took great care of our house too. We will definitely book with Amanda again!

Amanda was absolutely wonderful! From the start, she was attentive, professional, and kind. She paid close attention to all the little details we left for her, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was clear that she genuinely cared for our pets—they were happy and well taken care of when we got home. She kept us consistently updated with thoughtful messages and pictures, which we really appreciated. On top of that, our house was spotless when we returned, which was such a nice touch. Amanda was respectful of our space, reliable, and clearly experienced. We would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and dependable sitter!
Amanda took amazing care of our pups and our home. I had such great peace of mind that my dogs were in good hands, and I never had to worry about them once while I was away. Amanda took excellent care of our home as well, and I think left it cleaner than when we left!

Schedule
My schedule during the week is I'm up and out for my daily walk at 6am-6:30am, start work remotely at 8:30, I take my lunch from 12pm'1 pm and finish work at 4:30pm. I do go into the office 3 days a week, however that is flexible if needed.
