As a lifelong animal lover, caring for animals isn't just something I do—it's part of my daily life. My family homestead is home to dogs, cats, and a thriving garden, so providing attentive, compassionate care comes naturally to me. When your pet stays with me, they become part of the family. Unlike traditional kennels, pets enjoy a comfortable home environment with plenty of attention, playtime, and companionship throughout the day. I have a large fenced area for safe outdoor time and exercise, as well as multiple levels within my home that allow me to accommodate different personalities, energy levels, and needs. Whether your pet loves to socialize or prefers a quieter space to relax, I can create an environment where they feel comfortable and secure. I understand that every pet is unique, and I take the time to learn their routines, preferences, and quirks so their stay feels as close to home as possible. You'll receive regular updates, photos, and communication throughout your pet's stay because I know how important peace of mind is when you're away. My goal is simple: for you to enjoy your time away knowing your pet is safe, loved, and treated like one of my own.

We couldn’t have asked for a better boarding experience for our Goldie, Tracker! From the moment he arrived, he felt right at home with Amanda and her family. He absolutely loved spending time in their large, shaded backyard, and we were convinced he was enjoying a vacation of his own while we were away. Amanda kept us completely at ease, knowing that Tracker was safe, happy, and receiving plenty of love and attention. In fact, our only concern was that he might not want to come home! 😊 Amanda’s boys were incredibly sweet with Tracker and even surprised him with a Cookie Monster plush toy, which has quickly become one of his favorites. Their kindness and genuine affection for dogs truly made this stay special. We are so grateful for the wonderful care Tracker received and will absolutely be booking with Amanda again. Highly recommended!
This was the first time I have left Buddy for a week. Amanda was amazing with sending updates with pictures When we had our meet & greet Buddy was so comfortable with Amanda and Her house. When I picked Him up, Buddy seemed like He didn't want to leave, which is Great for Amanda and was a little sad for Me lol. I would recommend Amanda for all your needs, She is now family to Us and Buddy.
While I haven’t personally used Amanda’s pet care services since I don’t have pets of my own, I can confidently say that she is one of the biggest animal lovers I know. Over the years, I’ve watched her lovingly care for multiple dogs and cats, and now most recently chickens and bunnies, always treating them like family. She is incredibly responsible, attentive, and dedicated to making sure her animals are happy, healthy, and well cared for. Whether it’s daily care, special attention, or simply giving pets lots of love, she goes above and beyond. If you’re looking for someone to care for your pets while you’re away, I would absolutely trust that they would be in caring and capable hands with Amanda!
Amanda is the best! Her family loves dogs and makes my dog Larry so happy every time I drop him off! She sticks to his dietary needs and always makes sure to give him his medications!!! She is great with Larry!
Amanda and her family are amazing. They adore all animals, have gone out of their way to help keep my pup when we were in a bind. I trust her tremendously!

Schedule
I'm a teacher currently home for the summer, spending my days building our family homestead. Caring for animals is already woven into my daily routine, from tending to our dogs and cats, to working in the garden and enjoying life outdoors. Because I'm home and actively caring for my own animals throughout the day, welcoming boarding pets into my home feels like a natural extension of the life I'm already living.

I love to play outside and inside with your dogs! We can play fetch in the yard or relax inside. I can take them for short car rides and walks on the trail if desired!
