I have two dogs at home, so I am available for drop ins at or walks from your home! I don’t believe dogs should be forced to socialize or interact with other dogs unless they’ve been properly introduced, and I also want your pets to feel as comfortable as possible while their person is away.

Please let me know if your dog has any special needs or behaviors that need my attention more than others. I have been working with dogs my entire life, so no issue is a turnoff for me and I strive to make every dog feel special, loved, and cared for in the absence of their "people".
A typical day
I love to take long exploration walks, so ideally I'd take your dog for a long walk with lots of opportunities to sniff and sightsee!

I have working dog/livestock guardian experience, experience with extra large breeds, and have provided senior care to several family dogs (including our dog Lacie who is 14).

Amanda is amazing to our dogs! Huge peace of mind when we are gone. We get plenty of pictures and detailed updates.
Amanda is really amazing with our 12 year old dog. She is on time with all of her visits and leaves wonderfully detailed reports and photos to let us know exactly how things are going. She's also great about giving medicines, which I appreciate since that can get tricky. I trust Amanda with both my dog and my kids and would 100% recommend her.
