I have been surrounded by animals from a young age and have experience with cats, dogs, birds, hamsters, and rats! In college I worked as professional dog walker and pet sitter for a company based in Philadelphia. After I graduated I worked as a vet tech at a small vet practice and assisted in handling cats and dogs, administering medications, and in non and emergency surgeries.

Unfortunately, I cannot host pets in my home at this time; however, I will treat your home like my own. I will give your fur baby plenty of love and attention while keeping them company. I also pickup the mail, water plants, and start cars that sit idle in the winter to prevent a dead battery.

Very attentive and trustworthy. Amanda sends detailed updates on how our cat is doing when we are out of town, and we feel reassured that he is in good hands.
Amanda was a responsive, caring sitter for our cat when we were out of town. She had no issues giving him his medications and kept us updated with each drop in. We have already asked her to take care of our cat again.
Amanda was very communicative and asked many questions when she came to meet the kitties to make sure she understood exactly what we needed her to do with them. She was friendly and helpful. I would book her again for sure!
Amanda was great! She’s extremely professional and reliable. I knew my cat was in good hands when I met her and am pleased to report that she handled everything according to plan while I was away.
Great job. Had to book last minute to attend family emergency. Was afraid to leave the kitten alone especially because she is just growing accustomed to people and I thought we’d lose progress. Returned to a happy kitten that seems more comfortable than when I left. Very appreciative.
Amanda was wonderful in all ways - prompt, attentive, courteous, terrifically communicative and very cool. My two little fuzzers really liked hanging out with her, even the one that can be a little aloof. Doing visits, even drop-ins, isn't the easiest thing in the world over the holidays with all of the other nonsense that can emerge at that time of year, but everything went off completely seamlessly, and I found a real sense of peace and ease knowing Amanda was keeping an eye on the crew. I'd hire Amanda again in a heartbeat and probably will if she'd be okay with that :)

Schedule
I work your standard 9-5, but I’m available before and after work to take care of your fur babies! Although it says I do not offer house sitting, I do offer OVERNIGHT stays (12 hour window i.e., 7PM-7AM, includes walks in PM, AM, feeding) in your home as an option when you have to go away, so you’ll have one less thing to worry about!
