Caring for animals has been a lifelong passion of mine. Since I was young, I’ve looked after dogs and cats—starting with family pets and expanding to walking, feeding, and sitting for neighbors throughout my teenage years. Today, I’m a proud pet parent to two pampered 14-year-old cats and a high-energy, sweet-as-can-be pit mix who keeps me on my toes and fills my days with snuggles. I adopted my dog when she was just 3 months old and invested time and love into her training. She’s now 3 years old, exceptionally well-behaved, knows multiple commands, and walks beautifully both on and off leash. My friends and family often tell me she’s the best-mannered dog they’ve ever met—proof that patience and consistency pay off! Whether it’s energetic pups, senior pets, or curious cats, I bring care, experience, and attention to every animal I look after. I’m comfortable caring for dogs of all sizes and personalities—from energetic pups who love to run, to sweet couch potatoes who just want a cuddle and a treat. If you have a fenced-in yard, I’m happy to play fetch, toss a frisbee, or let them burn off some energy in a safe space. For more relaxed pets, I’m always up for some quiet bonding time and belly rubs. Kitty cuddles are always welcome too! I’m well-versed in litter box cleaning, food and water refills, and understanding the little quirks that make cats unique. Whether it’s potty pads, poop pick-up, or special feeding routines, I handle it all with care and consistency. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I follow your instructions closely to make sure their routine stays familiar and stress-free. I treat every animal as if they’re my own—because when you’re away, they deserve nothing less than dependable, loving care in a safe and nurturing environment.

Amanda is a pleasure to work with and took great care of our cats again over a week’s vacation (drop-in visits). Communication is great, she cleaned up some messes and even watered our plants. All greatly appreciated and we knew all was in good hands

Amanda has been great with Ash! We’ve only had him a few months and we’re working on training through some reactivity, and Amanda was very receptive to being taught about his training needs. She asked thoughtful questions and he did really well with her! Definitely recommend using her as a sitter or walker, your pup will be in good hands!
Amanda far exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond in all respects. She clearly loves animals and bonded with our Lippy and Emmy, while attending to their every need, including Lippy’s meds. Knowing things were being handled so well allowed us to fully enjoy our trip with no worries at all. She is the best!

I have a flexible schedule that affords me availability to help with your pet needs. Feed, walk, pet, play, or train. I will make sure your babies are well taken care of.
