I’m currently in graduate school part-time and working on my art otherwise, so my schedule is very flexible. My classes are typically in the evenings, so my days are open for pet care.

While I can’t host pets in my own home due to a rental policy, I have experience doing drop-in visits with both dogs and cats with different care needs and always make sure paws are clean post-walks and litter boxes are clean!

I’d like a general idea of their daily routine, any health concerns, a little about their personality, and any reactivity triggers if I’ll be walking your dog.
A typical day
I love to explore neighborhoods and parks, and of course would take dogs wherever they’re most comfortable. My own dog does scent work games and snuffle mats, so if your dog does those too, I can set their stuff up for some enrichment! Cats are all unique with their own quirks and needs, so I always make sure to fit my care to the cat’s (and of course the owner’s) preferences. Whether your cat loves to play, be brushed, or stare at me from far away, I’m happy to provide the care they need!

I grew up with two dogs in my family, a pug named Max and a Maltese named Zooey. Max and Zooey both lived to be 16, so I’m well versed in caring for senior dogs. I now have my sweet maltipoo Kima and a German shepherd named Akira, so I’ve got a lot of practice walking both small and large dogs. I’ve loved dogs since I was a kid and I have a lot of dog love to give! I have a very flexible schedule and though I unfortunately can’t host pets in my own home due to a rental policy, I’m more than happy to spend time with dogs and cats in their own homes and out on walks!

My Max is always happy to see Amanda, and he’s a very fickle dog, so this gives me the utmost confidence in her ability to connect with all dogs.
