Pet care is my full time job! I am in college but on break until Fall ‘26. While house-sitting, your pet(s) will be my number one priority! I will never spend more than a couple hours out of the house. You’re paying for attentiveness!

I would like your pet’s regular schedule for feeding, potty breaks, bedtime, etc. I try to stick to their schedule as closely as possible! Do they take medications or have allergies? I will also need your vet’s information in case of emergency. And the fun things… What’s your pet’s favorite toy, game, or treats? Do they like to cuddle? Super playful? :-)

I love offering lots of playtime & time in nature (for the doggies, but cats with harnesses or strollers love it too)! Playing training games too - I have taught fun tricks to dogs, cats, rats, and even fish!

I have had pets my whole life & I have been a professional dog walker & pet sitter for 7+ years! Previously to that I spent 3 years working at dog daycares. I have experience with young and old dogs & cats, as well as many exotic species (e.g. rodents, rabbits, fish, reptiles, and even invertebrates such as tarantulas!). I’m able to give oral medications and have experience with giving subcutaneous injected medication to cats. I can do basic grooming, such as baths, nail trims, and brushing.

Amanda's love for dogs is deep and sincere. She has become my reliable friend and caregiver of my dog Duncan. He knows when she’s near and jumps for joy in welcoming her. Duncan’s and Igor the jackpot!
