If you have specific instructions I will follow those step by step. Otherwise I make sure your pets are eating and drinking, make sure they potty, making sure pets are not ill or injured and at the end whatever time is left over will be playtime or cuddling! I’m also very big on cleanliness so before I leave a shift if theirs any messes I will do my best to make the area spotless!
Information Amanda M. would like to know about your pet
1. Any history of aggression with people or other animals? Any Fears? 2. does your pet walk well on a leash? 3. Feeding Instructions (How much food and how many times a day does your dog eat etc.) 4. Anything your pet isn’t allowed to do at your home? 5. Are we known to be destructive or a chewer? 6. Are they known to be fence jumpers/escape artists?
A typical day
If your pet is active we can take a nice stroll outside, play with some of their favorite toys that are available or even run around in the backyard. If your dog is not as active we can relax and “talk” to each other, sit outside to sun bathe or just cuddle and be couch potatoes if they prefer that.

Pet care experience
Hello, My name is Amanda and I started my pet care journey back in 2019. Since then, I have taken care of hundreds of pets of all shapes, sizes (even those 100lb+) & personality's; I currently work at a veterinary clinic full time as a Veterinary Technician and the now new Boarding Supervisor for our boarding facility. I have proudly been with my clinic through thick and thin for almost 5 years now upcoming this fall 2026. One thing about me, is I always remember my clients and their pets. You’re not just another face but a new member of the family! I will always strive to make sure no one is forgotten and that everyone is well taken care of and comfortable. I hope you, your pet and I can make a connection!

Reviews

Amanda was amazing! She was patient with Rocky and he warmed right up to her. We will definitely be hiring her again in the future

Amanda was great! Always on time, lots of good notes and photos of her visits. She also was unruffled by a couple of accident clean ups. I would definitely re-book with Amanda in the future, and highly recommend her to others.

Amanda was amazing. She took care of Buddy so well. She truly is a professional and her communication was amazing. We would definitely request Amanda to watch Buddy again.
