Safety, trust, and respect for each pet’s environment are our top priorities. We primarily provide care in our clients’ homes, allowing pets to remain in familiar surroundings and follow their established routines. We carefully follow all instructions provided, including feeding schedules, medications, leash protocols, and home preferences. We maintain secure entry and exit practices, double-check doors and gates, and use leashes or harnesses as instructed. We’re attentive to behavior changes, appetite, and litter or potty habits, and we communicate promptly if anything seems out of the ordinary. Detailed updates and photos are provided throughout each booking to ensure peace of mind. We treat every home with the same care and respect as our own and prioritize calm, consistent interactions so pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

We plan our schedules carefully to ensure pets receive consistent, reliable care, including mornings, evenings, and overnight support when booked. We prioritize routines, communication, and presence during each visit so pets feel comfortable and secure while their owners are away.

- Before any booking, it’s important for us to understand each pet’s routine, personality, and specific needs. We ask about feeding schedules, medications, health concerns, mobility limitations, and any behavioral quirks or anxieties. Knowing how a pet reacts to new people, other animals, or changes in routine helps us provide calm, respectful care. We also like to know about leash preferences, escape tendencies, hiding spots, favorite toys, and what comfort looks like for each pet. For cats, details about litter habits, feeding routines, and boundaries are especially helpful. Clear instructions and expectations allow us to maintain consistency and keep pets safe and comfortable while their owners are away.
