Dog-loving family
We just said goodbye to our 12 year old lab. We are not ready to adopt again but need a dog in the house! Your dog will be spoiled by our family (we have two boys-5 and 7), spend lots of time in our fenced yard, go for walks, and get lots of snuggles. We are a homeschooling family, so we are around the house most of the time.

Mandy, Leif and the kiddos were wonderful with Ferris! Ferris was well loved and taken care of. There were lots of pictures and reassurance during my time away. I would absolutely recommend this lovely family again for Ferris!
Amanda took great care of our dog and sent wonderful updates throughout the weekend! We will be rebooking!
Amanda, Leif, and their two sons provided the perfect home-away-from-home for our pug. He received an abundance of fetch time, as well as snuggles and naps. I received frequent photos and updates which always made me smile. I will have them on the top of my doggie care list!
3rd time sunny has stayed with Amanda and Leif and it’s always been a great experience! I know sunny enjoys his stay too!
We have booked with Amanda and Leif multiple times and wouldn’t pick anyone else to watch our dog, Bear. They are wonderful with him and he knows them as his second family. We’re so lucky to have found them and look forward to the next time he can stay with them!

Schedule
My boys and I are in and out of the house throughout the day, but because we homeschool, we are home a lot! We spend a lot of time outside in our yard or walking to our local park.

We have a fenced in yard and home that is used to having a dog. Our boys are loving, gentle, respectful, and playful with dogs. Dogs are welcome to be on our furniture and live comfortably in our house!
A typical day
We spend most of our time outside, so it is a guarantee that your pup will outside as well. We will play fetch, go on walks, and snuggle up for some movie nights!

- Please note that we have two children that are used to being around dogs. With that being said, please do not request us if your dog is not comfortable being around children. We also have backyard chickens. The chickens are safe in their coop and run, so your dog will not interact with them.
