I have grown up with and taken care of dogs the majority of my life! However, I am also very experienced with feline friends- I am a big cat lover, owning 3 cats myself, and volunteered at my local SPCA with young kittens up to elder cats.

Since pets won’t be coming to my home, I am happy to care for your animals in whatever way you’re most comfortable (crated, not crated, etc) and am happy to follow a feeding and outside schedule.

Amanda was wonderful with my fur baby and I felt so comfortable leaving her in Amanda’s care! She sent lots of updates and pictures. My cat was extra stressed during mine and my husband’s trip away and Amanda was so patient with her.
You are not going to find a better dog sitter/walker than Amanda. The boys absolutely adore her and she is sooo good with them. She is incredibly flexible and accommodating of my chaotic life when it comes to scheduling. In fact, she has saved my butt on multiple occasions. Additionally, she proactively goes above and beyond. During this most recent visit, I warned her that I had run out of poop bags so she needed to watch her step. Amanda, being the caring puppy sitter that she is, surveyed the whole yard and picked up all of the stray puppy piles. I dare you to find another pet sitter willing to do that! Anyways, she's great!
Amanda was amazing with my two sometimes-a-lot-to-handle labs! They took to her right away which is not always guaranteed and she was very proactive in her communication. I 1000% trust her with my boys.

Schedule
I am a young professional and just moved back to Henrico/Richmond area and work fully remote. I am available for drop ins or to take your pups out for walks mid day. Evening and weekend care also available!
