My experience ranges from lifelong care of my own dogs and cats to years of trusted sitting for friends and neighbors. My home is a busy 'hive' of my own with two puggles and two cats, so I understand the needs of a multi-pet household. I’ve worked with a wide variety of breeds, ages, and temperaments, understanding that every pet has a unique personality and needs. Whether you have a 'full house' of pets or a senior companion needing extra TLC, I provide the same devotion I give my own crew.

Safety, trust & environment
Safety and communication are my top priorities. My own "hive" includes a very curious and mischievous Puggle named Cassian, so I am an expert at pet-proofing and keeping harmful items out of reach. I ensure no stray snacks or hazards are left on counters or floor level. I double-check that every gate and door is securely latched before leaving. You’ll receive summaries and photo updates after every visit.

Amanda was great with our dog Bailey. She was punctual, great communication, took her time and really cared for her while I was out of town. She made sure Bailey got outside to potty, freshened up her water and got a few games of fetch in. Can’t wait to use Amanda again for Bailey’s care.

Schedule
I provide consistent routines for your pets, ensuring they are fed, walked, and cuddled exactly when they expect. I am available for morning, midday, and evening drop-ins or walks throughout the week. I offer pet sitting services through my small business, The Helpful Hive, and since I work for myself locally, I have the flexibility to be there when you, and your pets, need me most!
