Experienced animal rescue worker!
I grew up on a farm and love all animals. We had dogs, cats, chickens, a goat and a donkey. Because my family lived in a farmhouse that was visible from the freeway, strangers would often abandon their ill, underloved, undersocialized at our home. I grew up rehabilitating dozens of dogs and cats, and then adopting them out at the local humane shelter. I worked at the SF SPCA for two years as an adoptions counselor where I helped to create thousands of happy families!

Safety, trust & environment
I understand that dogs and cats can behave differently while their owners are away so I will be super careful, including: feeding your pets separately to prevent resource issues, supervising your dog while in the backyard, making sure the outside doors are closed behind me at all times, to name a few. I always check things like automatic feeders, just in case.
