Endless love for your pup ♥
I worked as a private dog and house sitter for a small company for a couple years. It was wonderful. I’ve cared for dogs, cats, farm animals, horses, birds and more along with their houses! My family has always had dogs, cats and other pets too. Nothing better than being out in a beautiful, open space watching the dogs run around freely…just being dogs. I’ve helped train puppies with leash, off-leash, tricks and general respect over the past couple years. It can be challenging, but incredibly rewarding. I also have training from a local animal shelter! When interacting or training, I consider myself incredibly patient and calm. I focus on radiating lots of love when I’m around animals. They deserve every ounce of it! More recently, I’ve spent a ton of time nannying children, sometimes helping with their animals too! Feel free to ask any questions. Looking forward to meeting you 🙂

I love making animals feel safe and cared about while keeping things light and fun, when appropriate. I generally have good intuition regarding how to present in front of certain animals. If a dog isn’t listening, my first instinct isn’t to yell, but to remind the dog who is in charge by firming up my tone. My goal is never to make a dog listen to me out of fear- just respect.

Amanda walked my dog today for the first time. She sent me some great photos which showed me that my dog looked relaxed and really enjoyed her walk. I'm already planning on using Amanda again.

Tons of availability right now as I just returned from traveling. I’ll be acquiring a new nannying position soon. Weekends are available too with proper notice!
