Hi! My name is Amanda. I have worked in doggie daycare, worked as a bather and in the sales department! At work I got to experience different breeds, temperaments and personalities! My favorite part of my job is building strong relationships with the owners and their dogs! I also have experience dropping in homes while their owners are at work, school or out of town. When I do drop ins I have taken them on walks, picked up after them and fed them. I absolutely love working with all animals! I am known to have great communication skills, I am compassionate , and I am responsible. I pride myself in those traits and look forward to building a relationship with you and your family member!

Safety, trust & environment
I will follow their daily routine and make them as comfortable as possible while you are away. While walking them I will keep distance from other animals to ensure their safety. I will also follow all dietary needs and feeding schedules.

Amanda is great with my kiddos. Given we have a highly reactive dog, Amanda has made great strides with developing a closer connection and has been rewarded with Shelby loves. Highly recommend Amanda and will book again with her.
Two very large dogs intent on destroying our home (or so it seemed) and somehow Amanda kept order. We received daily communication and pictures and she cleaned up their destruction. We returned to a surprisingly clean house. Definitely rebooking her.
Amanda has been a pillar in my life, and in the life of my two tweens. I had an out-of-town weekend and Amanda stayed with my children, got them to school, fed them dinner, etc. But the best part was how she handled their tweenie attitudes. She was firm, honest, and gave them straightforward consequences for their actions and behavior: She actually empowered them to be better people. Oh, ops. Was this supposed to be a testimonial for pet sitting? She did that, too. Walked the dogs, fed the cats, honored the house rules about furniture, and I got super cute photos of them all in action. She took care of the pets for both day-at-a-time and when we were away for a few days at a time. She's great for both the pets and the pets!
First, and foremost, my two cats love Amanda! And they're not easily pleased. Amanda feeds them, plays with them and keeps their litter boxes tidy. And this gives me security and comfort when I need to be away from home, knowing 'the girls' will be well looked after. I have found Amanda to be sweet. kind, reliable, accommodating and trustworthy. I would not hesitate to recommend her to care for anyone's pets.

Schedule
I do have a full time job working with adults with intellectual disabilities. Mon-Fri I do work from 730am-4pm. I am still available during the weekends and can also do house sitting during the days that I work!
