Before caring for your pet, it’s important for me to know anything that helps keep them safe, comfortable, and happy. This includes their daily routine, feeding schedule, and any medical needs, allergies, or medications. I also like to know about their temperament—how they react to new people, other animals, loud noises, or changes in environment. Behavior details are especially helpful: Do they have any fears or triggers? Do they guard food or toys? Are there training cues or habits you’d like me to reinforce? For cats, I appreciate knowing their comfort level with handling, whether they prefer quiet spaces, and how they react to new environments. The more I know about your pet’s likes, dislikes, and unique quirks, the better I can personalize their care and make sure they feel safe and understood.
