Pet care experience
Animal lover & Loyal dog walker
I can take care of all kinds of animals not just dogs & cats. I have taken care of birds, horses, geckos, frogs, goats, chickens, and bunnies. All is welcome! I’ve been walking dogs since i was a kid. It was my first job and my first passion! It lead me to achieve my associates in Animal Healthcare in 2016. I’ve worked as a Vet Tech and K9 physical therapist assistant and now I want to serve my community as a dog walker.

Ratings and reviews
Our Veterinarian highly recommended Amanda’s pet sitting services. Our Vet is very particular about who she recommends, so we knew Amanda had to be excellent. We have two very special needs dogs. They both have a lot of medical and behavioral issues, so it is important to us that we hired a pet sitter who understands our dog’s needs and is compassionate and empathetic. Amanda is exactly what we are looking for in the qualities of a pet sitter and as a person who we know would be trustworthy and respectful in our home. Amanda is very attentive and she follows our instructions exactly the way we want. We feel confident and comfortable leaving our dogs in Amanda’s care. She truly is a gem and we can’t say enough good things about her as a person, and as a skilled and experienced pet sitter. Our dogs absolutely love her! They act like it’s a special treat when she comes over! That warms our heart knowing they are so happy in her care! ❤️
Amanda has always had a love for animals and I mean ALL animals; she literally would not hurt a fly! If you ever need someone to treat your pet just like their own, look no further. Amanda has years of experience and everyone who meets her falls in love with her. She’s loyal, dependable, and extremely caring.
I’ve known Amanda for 28 years, and there is truly no one I trust more with animals. Her entire life has revolved around caring for cats and dogs — not just her own, but mine and countless pets belonging to friends and family who found her through word of mouth. She has owned and lovingly cared for many cats throughout her life, and animals have always gravitated toward her calm, empathetic energy. She worked professionally as a veterinary technician, which gave her extensive hands-on clinical experience caring for animals in medical settings. She earned her Associate’s Degree in Animal Health Care in 2016, and her formal training is matched by years of real-world expertise. She also worked as a zookeeper at Capron Park Zoo in Attleboro — a role that speaks volumes about her responsibility, skill, and dedication to animal care. In addition to her clinical background, she has hands-on experience in animal rehabilitation, providing therapeutic massage and guided stretching, assisting with water treadmill therapy and swimming exercises, and supporting laser therapy treatments. Her comfort working with animals in recovery gives her a deep understanding of mobility, pain management, and gentle, attentive handling. For the past eight years, she has run her own pet sitting, walking, and care business, treating every animal as if they were her own. She is Pet First Aid & CPR certified and fully insured through Pet Sitting Associates, LLC. On a personal level, she is the first person I call when something doesn’t seem right with one of my dogs. She has that rare combination of instinct, training, and genuine love for animals. She notices subtle changes, asks thoughtful questions, and always puts the animal’s well-being first. She is responsive, punctual, dependable, and deeply kind. When she’s caring for your pet, you can feel confident they are safe, loved, and in truly capable hands. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
