Since I am a stay at home mom my availability is very flexible! We down a lot of time at home 🏡 My kids will not allow an animal in our home to get lonely and are always enthusiastic to meet new animal friends! We’re conscious of animal body language, respect animals’ signals & practice good manners. I am a breeder so when I have females in season I cannot have intact males on site. This is only for a short period a couple times/year

I have a fenced in yard with my own dogs (2 Goldens, and a Cavalier…and a 🐢) our basement has a dog door. The basement has a separate area as well if for any reason your pet should need to be separated. I have plenty of crate space and crates of various sizes as well if your dog prefers or needs to be crated.

If your male (or female is in heat) is in tact please do notify me ahead of time so we don’t have any accidents with females or other males. It helps to prevent injuries and accidental breedings. Also share if your dog has any known triggers, reactivity, or allergies!

I like to give my pets (and yours) lots of attention and conditioning (positive reinforcement). I love to see how quickly they pick up new things!

Growing up in the country we had horses, cats, dogs, hamsters, rats… I always knew I wanted to work with animals, specifically pets. I’m thrilled to have the time and opportunity to fulfill that dream and watch as my children develop their own love for animals. I have been raising puppies for years and have been blessed to learn much of my training methods from a gifted service and therapy dog trainer from Bergin University. I do not offer professional training as a service but am happy to work with pets as I am able.

Amanda was the best! Very fun family and fun place for our doggo to stay. Highly recommend!
Amanda was nice but my dogs were given back discovered in dry dirt and had clumps of dirt in their coats. Also my puppy has two flesh wounds wounds that he has never had before we dropped him off.
Took great care of our girls!
Amanda and her sweet family were amazing hosts for our kitty and the whole process was very smooth! Would highly recommend!
