Responsible Swedish Dog Sitter!
My names is Amanda, I’m originally from Sweden and I’m really missing our family dog, a miniature schnauzer who passed away a few years ago, and since my finance job has too demanding hours I can’t get a new dog of my own. I would therefore love to watch your dog over weekends when you’re traveling and I am off work! Apart from our family dog, I fostered two dogs, a puppy and one year old, during MY masters degree ant Yale SOM and they successfully got adopted. I am happy to put you in touch with the organisation if you would like a recommendation. I believe in positive reinforcement and I am happy to teach your dog a new trick or work on any potential problem behaviours while they are with me. I don’t smoke, i don’t have any roommates, and my apartment has a backyard where your dog could run around and also play with my neighbor’s dog (cavalier king charles spaniel) if your dog gets along with other dogs. Schedule
I’m working full time but available over the weekends and late evenings as needed. I am active and enjoy going on long walks, and I live near the presidio.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced shared yard where your dog can run and play. There is another dog in the building, a cavalier king charles spaniel that loves other dogs and would be happy to play with yours. However, we can easily avoid having them play in case your dog is reactive. I live in a one bedroom apartment with a large living room and a big couch which your dog is allowed to - if that’s okay with you of course.
