I’m a 30 year old, married woman. My husband and I are new home owners in Broad Channel, Ny. We currently have a 4 year old beagle named Harvey who is an absolute sweetheart. Over the years we have done extensive research, and expended tons of effort, in behavioral training, especially to help him cope with his anxiety. Therefore, we are familiar and well versed in canine behavior and socialization. His best friend is his roommate, Thor, a 2 year old cat who was raised by Harvey and pretty much acts like a dog. This summer, we are landscaping our large yard which includes a new fence to close in the entire yard. We have a second bedroom that will be outfitted for a pup who needs his or her space. Broad Channel is a quiet, sleepy water-side town five minutes from the largest dog park in NYC (which was recently renovated). On bad weather days, we’ll play with tons of toys at home and watch movies on our extra large couch.
