I work primarily from home and love an enriching break for myself, Dulce and for your pets! We take multiple breaks during the day for fresh air and to get good stretching in. If your dog boards with us, we will take a minimum of two walks (am and pm) and will very likely visit one of my two on-site dog parks.

A typical day
My dog and I enjoy an early morning stroll, and when we have time we like to visit a lake, nature trail, or head to the forest for a more enriching experience. Dulce is a great coworker when I work remotely, and holds down the fort on the rare in-office days. She is a friendly senior pup with great energy, and she enjoys making new friends (human, canine, and feline) on walks and in parks. Our evenings include a good evening neighborhood stroll and plenty of snuggles, treats, and pets. Your pet is welcome to join!

Pet care experience
Is your dog an adventurer? Does your pet crave a break during the hectic work day to sniff new sniffs and bark at new squirrels? Does your dog love long walks and sunsets over the mountains? Then I’m the sitter for them! My senior dog and I like to maintain and help maintain your routines to allow dogs to be themselves and explore the world around us in a safe and supervised environment. I've cared for dogs and pets since I was five or six and have over 25 years of experience caring for dogs of all breeds, ages, and health needs. I am Pet CPR and first aid trained. I can provide routine medical care, daily training and positive reinforcement, and specialize in love and care for senior pets. Your adventure-pet will be able to stay fit or get fit depending on their age, needs, and your comfort. Nature walks on-leash are a great option! I only board one pet family at a time, which gives me the opportunity to be diligent with your cats and dogs. It’s like they are at an exclusive resort when staying with me and Dulce for the day or for the weekend!

We knew that Amanda was something special when she showed up for the meet & greet with a whole list of questions and notes. Her care and attention to detail are beyond. Amanda and her pup Dulce stayed in our home with our large dog. They were such reliable and easy caregivers. We never had any concerns about the safety and happiness of Sirius. Would love the watch Dulce in the future and utilize Amanda's services again.
Amanda day sat at our home for a week, and she was so good with all our animals. We felt really comfortable with her in our home and the pets took a liking to her - the videos she took were nice to watch and we felt like our pets were in safe and fun care.
Amanda took amazing care of our dog and cat while we were away! Bothe animals seemed to love her and her dog, Dulce. In addition to feeding, cuddles and dog walks, she brought in packages and put the trash out to keep our house running and left everything spotless. She also sent lots up dates and photos to check in! All around amazing experience!
Amanda was great with Dylan and sent photos of him during his short stay with her.
