I will drop in as you require, based on the schedule we agree upon. I will scoop litter daily, unless you have an automatic litterbox. Even then, I always like to make sure all kitties are pottying regular (thats a holdover from my Sheldon's gut issues). If your cats like to be brushed, or brushing is necessary, just leave out the brush or comb and I'm happy to include with pets and scritches. Playtime is included for those who are out and about if they're interested. For those cats who aren't as social, i just check on them visually in their hiding spots but leave them be. Cats are a whole vibe! I am also happy to take in mail or packages if required.

I'd like to know if they are gregarious, or if they tend to hide when company is over and where the favorite spots are. Are they declawed, prone to biting or scratching outside of normal play, any unusual pottybox habits to watch for (ex: my subtotal colectomy cat has loose stool... Which is normal b/c he doesnt have a colon... But could alarm someone who didnt know)
A typical day
Wow this app is dog-centric haha. I bring a laser pointer and rainbow string teaser with me, as most cats will engage with one or the other. I also appreciate knowing which toys they already have that they love, and if the Tummy is a Trap or not. I typically play with my cats with laser pointers or feather toys, and one of my boys loves their catnip bananas!

Cat care experience
Dog sitters are easy to come by... Cat sitters? Not so much. Quality cat sitters who truly love your animals as their own, and understand cats are different t than dogs? Even more rare. I'm the person who will pet a cat that comes up to her, anywhere anytime. The lady on the block who has treats by her front door for the neighborhood stray who frequently stops by. I have cats of my own... Orange boys who are like my kids, one of whom i rescued from the streets and another who underwent a subtotal colectomy three years ago and survived because of awesome vet care and my attention to detail for post-op care. I've had cats growing up, and even went through immunotherapy to have them as an adult. I understand the need for routine litterbox cleaning, fresh water, and the nuances of cat care. I give you the same Rover experience I would want as a client myself. Lots of photos and videos and stories of the cat activities from their POV. True cat lover here!

Amanda was friendly, responsible, and such a cat lover! She took very good care of our cat, providing daily care. It was reassuring to know we had someone we could count on when we were away.
Amanda was willing to come check on our cat last minute. She is very communicative and quick to respond. I feel like she's a true cat person, so I was comfortable with her caring for ours! Will not hesitate to book with her in the future.
I was so nervous leaving my 3 kittens by themselves for the first time, but Amanda took amazing care of them. She did a fantastic job entertaining them and learning their little quirks, and even the shier one warmed to her super quick! I also absolutely love the very thorough cards she sent each day, with lots of pictures too!
Amanda is fantastic! Super reliable and goes above and beyond. She was even willing to learn how to give my diabetic kitty his insulin, so I know my cat is in good hands when I book with her. Would highly recommend her if youre looking for a cat sitter to trust with your babies :)
