Your Dog’s Cool Aunt
I grew up with dogs my entire life, so caring for them has always come naturally to me. I’m comfortable with managing multiple dogs at once and high-energy dogs. I’ve pet sat for friends and family, including becoming a single parent for 3 weeks while the owner was traveling. This included multiple daily walks, playtime, and keeping the dog on their normal routine. I enjoy staying active with dogs through long walks, hikes, trips to the dog park, playtime, and cuddling at home. I’m comfortable with puppies, senior dogs, large dogs, and dogs who may need extra patience or medication. I work a hybrid schedule and am home most of the week, so I can spend plenty of time with the dogs I care for. I also love sending photo updates so you know your pet is happy and well cared for.

I always try to keep pets on the routine they’re used to so they feel comfortable and secure. In my home or a client’s home, I make sure pets get plenty of exercise, playtime, and attention throughout the day. I enjoy taking dogs on walks, getting outside for fresh air, and spending time playing or relaxing together depending on their energy level. I’m attentive to each dog’s individual needs, whether that means extra playtime for high-energy dogs or a calmer, gentle environment for senior pets. I also make sure feeding schedules, medications, and any special instructions are followed closely. My goal is to make sure pets feel safe, happy, and well cared for while their owner is away.

Amanda was awesome! She was super communicative and sent lots of photos & updates of Ozzy which I loved. ☺️ She left our place looking perfect and Ozzy was content when we returned! Will definitely book with her again in the future.

Amanda did a fantastic job caring for Piper. Her Rover cards after each drop-in were detailed and thoughtful, which made us feel completely at ease. She’s dependable, communicative, and clearly has a natural way with dogs. We’d absolutely book Amanda again in the future!
Leaving your dogs with someone else always requires trust, and Amanda made that decision incredibly easy for me. My two senior pitties, Rylee and Nala, absolutely loved their time with her. It was clear right away that she has a natural connection with animals and genuinely enjoys being around them. What stood out most is how comfortable and happy my dogs were with her. When I picked them up, they were so relaxed and smiley which says everything. Amanda treats the dogs she watches with so much kindness and love, and it shows in how quickly they bond with her. I would trust Amanda with Rylee and Nala anytime, and any pet parent would be lucky to have her caring for their dogs!
Amanda is truly every dog’s best friend. My dog Lilo is extremely shy and usually takes a long time to warm up to new people, but she fell in love with Amanda immediately. Now whenever Amanda comes over, Lilo gets so excited to see her that I honestly feel a little left out! Amanda has a calm, kind energy that dogs instantly trust. She’s attentive, responsible, and genuinely loves being around animals. Knowing Lilo is with her gives me complete peace of mind! Schedule
Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine. I work a hybrid schedule and am home most of the week, which allows me to spend plenty of time with the dogs I’m caring for. I build walks, playtime, and outdoor time into my mornings, afternoons, and evenings. On the days I work from home, dogs get lots of attention and companionship throughout the day, and even on my office days I make sure they get exercise and care before and after work. I enjoy staying active, so daily walks and outdoor time are something I genuinely look forward to.
