Hi! I’m a pet lover who grew up on a farm and worked as a vet tech in college, so I have years of experience caring for a wide variety of both domestic and farm animals, large and small. I have many years of experience providing care for all sorts of pets and will truly enjoy meeting and caring for your furry family members. I absolutely love dogs and cats, and also have many years of experience farm-sitting (caring for horses, cows, sheep, rabbits, goats, poultry, etc.), so I’m open to caring for animals of all kinds.

I am available to do dog walking and drop-in visits for which I am happy to give your pets lots of care and love. As a former vet tech, I have experience with administering medication, as well, if needed. If you are interested in boarding, I have a double fenced in yard and three friendly pups (all up to date on vaccinations) to keep your pup company. I have a watering system that is directly plumbed in so your pet will never run out of water, and I can provide scheduled feedings or free-feed, upon request. My home has a large breezeway with a doggy door directly to my back porch and fenced-in dog yard, which also includes two dog houses. For care specific to other types of pets, I am happy to work with you to determine what type of care your pet(s) need(s) and take loving care of them, accordingly.

My daughter's golden will be living a few minutes away from Amanda come spring. I thought I'd check her out for doggy daycare since my daughter will live 3 minutes away come Spring (currently Amanda is 25 minutes from me - too far for a regular doggie day care). Amanda seemed thoughtful, calm, and responsible. We did a meet and greet followed by doggy daycare for the day. Things went well and Teddy seemed happy.
Amanda and her family took great care of Gus while we were gone. We ended up being trapped down in Puerto Rico because they closed the Caribbean airspace and she kept him an extra 5 days, no questions asked. It was such a relief knowing Gus was safe and with a loving family that took care of him like their own. She sent us pictures and updates everyday, which was so appreciated.
Tremendous boarding experience with Amanda. She made the whole process easy for us by picking and dropping off Bella!
Thor loved her!!!! Will use her again in the future.

I currently only work in the office two half days a week and have a very flexible work schedule, so I’m available to spend plenty of time with your pet(s) throughout the week and on the weekends, as well!
