I have a fenced in yard, and two dog friendly dogs who love to meet new friends. For those who are less social, I have the space to separate them as well while providing them with plenty of area to run around. When caring for pets in your home, I take photos of your pet every time I'm with them and take detailed notes of when I am there so you feel comfortable having me in your home. I also write a journal entry for each pet every time I'm with them. This allows me to get to know your pets and their behaviors, and shares with you exactly how they are doing while you're away!

I do not have any breed, size or age preferences of the dogs I sit. I do like to know how well your pet interact with other dogs and any likes/dislikes or fears they have so that I can make their experiences as safe and fun as possible!
A typical day
I like to go on walks around the neighborhood and local parks and trails. I also enjoy going to the dog park and letting our canine friends enjoy the company of one another.

As a pet owner with a Bachelor's degree in Zoology and 4 years of vet clinic experience, you can trust that I will love and care for your pet's as my own. I have a passion for animals and goes above and beyond to make sure every pet feels save, has fun, and gets all of the attention he/she deserves! I live a very active lifestyle and love long pup walks. I have experience taking care of dogs and cats of all ages, from new born to senior. I also have experience with sick animals, and am confident giving medication and recognizing any physical or behavioral abnormalities your pet may display. I enjoy spending quality time with all animals and hope to share my love for pets with you and your family!

Amanda did a great job walking Nelson. She was super kind and professional and sent photos of Nelson after every walk and gave a little summary of how her time with Nelson went. She was very responsive to messages as well which made coordinating everything really easy. Awesome!
